Rebecca McCurdy

Rebecca McCurdy joined Rickard & Associates, P.C. in the fall of 2005 and practices law in the St. Clair Shores office. Prior to that, Ms. McCurdy worked on labor and employment issues as a law clerk at the

United Auto Workers International Union. She also worked for a non-profit organization in the City of Detroit.

Ms. McCurdy has represented healthcare organizations including hospitals, physicians and ambulance services. She also handles a broad range of corporate and litigation matters for companies and individuals. In addition, Ms. McCurdy has co-authored “Disaster Planning: Balancing Compliance with Necessity”, Healthcare Weekly, December 2005.

Ms. McCurdy is a Member of the State Bar of Michigan. She graduated from Notre Dame Law School where she was Administrative Editor of the Journal of Legislation, a representative on the Student Bar Association and Vice-President of the Social Justice Forum.
